Bursa Metropolitan Municipality has officially launched its “Inno-Smart Together: Common Entrepreneurship and Innovation Project”, implemented under ENHANCER’s local common use facilities grant scheme. The launch event has been organized in the project implementation venue at Atatürk Congress and Cultural Center on 19th of July and attended by Municipality’s Secretary General Ulaş Akhan, BEBKA Development Agency Secretary General Dr. Muhammed Zeki Durak, ICMPD Entrepreneurship Grants Leader Mehmet Çağlar Aydın, as well as representatives of local NGO’s and entrepreneurs. During the opening speeches, stakeholder officials underlined the role of the project and the facility regarding overall entrepreneurship and investment ecosystem development, Bursa’s vision of smart urbanisation as well as socio-economic integration through entrepreneurial activities With a budget of 243.000 EUR, the project focuses of the establishment of a local common use facility called “B-Cube Smart Urbanisation and Innovation Center” where potential entrepreneurs will benefit the facility infrastructures and develop their business initiatives while aiming to contribute high-tech value chains.
