Within the scope of the (ENHANCER) Project, the “Technical Entrepreneurship Training for Machinery and Equipment, Metal Manufacturing and Repair Sector” will commence. The training will take place in Konya, Ankara, Kayseri, and Şanlıurfa.
The training will cover below modules:
- Introduction to Machinery Entrepreneurship Ecosystem.
- How to Start a Company.
- Team Building and Conflict Resolution.
- Marketing Strategy.
- Preparation of a Business Plan.
- Product Plan, Product Differentiation.
- Aftersales Services.
- Quality Assurance.
- Market Research and Export Strategies.
- Project Management.
- Incentives and Grants.
These trainings are part of the ENHANCER Project and will be held in Şanlıurfa. The first phase will commence with face-to-face training on January 11-12-13-14, followed by online training on January 17-18-19-20-21 to complete the Şanlıurfa training. Participants are required to attend one day of face-to-face and two days of online training to receive a certificate of participation.
