ENHANCER Mentorship Program is organized within the scope of “Enhancement of Entrepreneurship Capacities for Sustainable Socio-Economic Integration (ENHANCER) project”, which is funded by the European Union and implemented by The International Center for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) in coordination with the Directorate General of Development Agencies under the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Türkiye.
ENHANCER Project supports the development of entrepreneurship and the creation of new job opportunities with the aim of contributing to socio-economic integration. Throughout the project, several services and support are provided to increase the entrepreneurial tendencies of prospective entrepreneurs, as well as to increase the success and growth potential of newly established companies or companies with growth potential.
Within the framework of Mentorship services offered to support the growth potential of entrepreneurs, 16 entrepreneurs from 11 provinces received 128 hours of mentorship support in total. The mentorship support aimed to help entrepreneurs achieve their goals in areas such as employment, marketing, business development, and export, thereby contributing to socio-economic cohesion.

Dr. Dilek Uygun Gökmen has worked as an academic at Marmara University Atatürk Faculty of Education for more than twenty years. She holds a PhD in Linguistics from Boğaziçi University. She has held administrative positions such as head of the department and deputy head of the department. She continues to work as an educator and researcher.
