Within the scope of the (ENHANCER) Project, Technical Entrepreneurship Training in the Furniture Sector will begin. The training will be held online and face to face in Adana, Ankara, Bursa, Hatay, Kayseri and Mersin.
The training covers the following modules:
- Introduction to the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in the Furniture Sector.
- How to Establish a Company?
- Team Building and Conflict Management.
- Preparing a Business Plan with Examples from the Furniture Sector.
- Product Planning and Product Differentiation in the Furniture Sector.
- Quality Assurance in the Furniture Sector.
- Project Management.
- Incentives and Grants for the Furniture Sector.
Within the framework of the ENHANCER Project, the training will be conducted through 3 days of online training sessions and 1 day of field visits, employing an on-site learning approach.
Ankara: Online training will take place between September 23-25, from 09:00 to 13:30. the company visits will be on September 26 from 09:00 to 13:30.
Kayseri: Online training will take place between September 27-29, from 09:00 to 13:30. the company visits on September 30 from 09:00 to 13:30.
Bursa: Online training will take place between October 1-3, from 09:00 to 13:30. the company visits on October 4 from 09:00 to 13:30.
Mersin: Online training will take place between October 5-7, from 09:00 to 13:30. the company visits on October 8 from 09:00 to 13:30.
For Adana and Hatay, the training programs will be conducted in two groups as follows:
Adana Group 1: Online training will take place between October 8-10, from 09:00 to 13:30. the company visits on October 12 from 09:00 to 13:30.
Adana Group 2: Online training will take place between October 9-11, from 09:00 to 13:30. the company visits on October 12 from 09:00 to 13:30.
Hatay Group 1: Online training will take place between October 12-14, from 09:00 to 13:30. the company visits on October 16 from 09:00 to 13:30.
Hatay Group 2: Online training will take place between October 13-15, from 09:00 to 13:30. the company visits on October 16 from 09:00 to 13:30.
Participants must attend both the online training and the company visits to receive a participation certificate.
